Masters Swim Program 2018

Megan Mackey, a club and collegiate swimmer and now Masters certified, will conduct a Master's program twice per week.  The program, structured like the USMS program, has swimmers of all abilities do the same sets but varying yardage thereby putting swimmers of about same skill level in similar lanes, and is designed so everyone over the age of 18 can participate.  The idea is to have a good swim workout, while having FUN!

Megan plans on running a Masters swim practice 2x per week for 12 weeks.  For those familiar with the program, we usually add an additional morning, at no additional cost, in August once swim and dive teams are over.

Once again, we will be using TEAM SNAP App as the primary means of communication. Once Megan receives your registration with your email contact you will be added to the team listing to receive information about the program.

The first few weeks of the program we may need to adjust the days/times/ based on swim and dive team utilizing the pool for practices and the water temperature.  Practices will begin with mornings. Further communication will follow as we approach the beginning of the swim season.  In addition, all information is on the Google Calendar.

The cost of the program will be $50 per swimmer.  This cost covers the pool opening for early morning practice, TEAM SNAP, as well as supplies needed for the program.

The program will be 12 weeks @ 2x per week

starting the week of June 11th.

Tuesday 6 - 7 am

Thursday 7 - 8 pm

We will offer a drop in rate of $5 per session for those swimmers who want to participate but can't commit to the schedule. You should contact Megan if you plan on dropping in either session so she can plan accordingly.

All participants, including drop-ins, will need to fill out a registration form.
